It’s very detailed and is important work, the expectation is giving your best to the team and the patients and it can get busy!

Not much to say but some coworkers were really enjoyable to work with.

Don’t know where to begin because there’s a lot. Upper management lacked people skills, was always trying to get the cheapest labor and would get upset when it wasn’t up to “standard.” Multiple employees would get spoken down on, ridiculed, and harshly spoken to by upper management, creating a hostile atmosphere. Disorganized. High employee turnover rate. Questionable business decisions made. Lack of trusting in employees to perform tasks. A lot of micromanagement. The list can go on.
