      Get to work with homeless women and children everyday helping them to build a new foundation to end the cycle of homelessness.

      Cons

      Because it is a non-profit the compensation and benefits are not equal to the private sector organizations.

      Full time position with ok benefits Got to serve my community by working for a non-profit

      Management was horrible and didn't care about employees wellbeing Horrible work-life balance -job has to be priority
