Pros
The benefits were ok, for vision and dental.
Cons
Before you're fully trained, you're given 80 to 150 clients to manage and told to lie to clients about how long you've been working there. Also, management was aggressive and micro-managed, making specialist feeling uncomfortable, and uneasy in their role. Management also, questioned specialist about how they felt about other team members causing discord within the team which was unprofessional. HR doesn't provide a safe space for specialist to be heard or guided. Management always changing their expectations and comes up with new rules/processes almost monthly. Specialist went from Salary to hourly without proper / enough notice. Many specialists quit due to inconsistent training and being overwhelmed with work and management.
