Pros
In Barona's warehouse staff leasing division you get easily employed, work isn't demanding and working conditions are humane. Work definitely stays at work and you do not have to bring challenges to home. Salary is okay considering you don't have to any background education to be working in a warehouse.
Cons
Sometimes you didn't know your next day's work schedule before the evening when you receive your text message about your next mornings shift. If you didn't approve enough working shifts, Barona will surely let you know you have done something wrong by not giving you many shifts next time for roughly two to three weeks. After that Barona might give you another chance and by this time, hopefully you have realized that you have be flexible, not Barona.
