      Bonus & PTO structure is good

      Cons

      Poor upper management and work/life balance. Bad company culture. Always looking to replace you or your team. Training is poor and concerns aren’t listened to. Pay is ok but could be better. Health insurance isn’t very good.

      The on-site staff at The Lex are wonderful ladies - The Lex Phx Central Ave apartments

      Cons

      No real structure and transparency when dealing with a resident with a legitimate claim to a company Baron hired. It is an afterthought, or no thought, for the corporate big shots. insurance claims
