Cons
CMO is a bully who enjoys faulting people and being verbally abusive. Promotions are given to those that she can control and not those who deserve them. Puppets appointed by CMO are abrasive and on a power trip. They tend to have little relevant experience in their current roles and some have became the laughing stock of Barneys. Pay is already low for industry and only continues to decrease for the new buyers. Strained relationships with vendors as many were not paid/experienced extremely delayed payments. Finance team regularly ignored vendor phone calls/emails requesting payment status which is very unprofessional.
