Disgusting toilets, no stationary, really bad working environment, semi dreadful lifts, too much passing the buck, lack of lockers, russian roulette seating arrangements. Recently a really hardworking colleague told me what they were on salary wise...compared to what they could get elsewhere for the exact same job at other councils. Considering how long they've been there...I was thoroughly disgusted and saddened at hearing such a thing.
