      Relaxed working environment. Other full-time staff members are friendly and welcoming and often working toward a common goal.

      Cons

      Upper management is not aligned with the values they espouse. A once life-changing organization is now soiled by abusive leadership who place their personal priorities above the needs of their staff and the people they serve.
