      In my opinion, there are no pros to working for this company

      Cons

      These cons are from my own personal experience. Long hours No boundaries for work/life balance Always worried about getting laid off with no severance Toxic work environment created from those in charge Too many to list

      Pros

      Sense of purpose in changing animal agriculture - lots of exciting growth opportunities. Company is small enough to allow your voice to be heard, no matter your position. Ability to make changes/take action quickly.

      Cons

      Long hours at times, some volatility due to nature of startup.

      Offer decent pay, product is exciting

      Cons

      Company will fire you with no warning before your equity vests. They do not care about employees at all.
