      Work your fingers to the bone, and live hand-to-mouth. Getting a promotion is impossible, because if you're great at something and are promoted; who will replace you at doing what you were already so great at.

      Good place to work, had a lot of opportunities for most employees, was a global company so was able to learn about different ways of work
