      Pros

      BWSC is a great company to work for. Our CEO Bob Higgins is the best one that we have had. He’s always trying tp better things for the employees and is a caring man who is down to earth and very approachable.

      Cons

      About the only con that I have is the Downtown location, although since we moved to our new Corporate Headquarters we don’t have to fight the downtown gridlock like before.
