Pros
You interact with all sorts of different people and you are there to help people in their time of need and while it may be just a small thing you are doing for the person using the storage, you get the chance to make their move a little easier and have them leaving feeling better than when they came in. There is always someone you can turn to for help if you need it. You learn a lot of things that you never thought you'd learn and the learning never ends whether it be how to do something in office or even how to fix something! At the property you are the front line for the company and get to create lasting impressions on people. You are also able to create your own ideas and input that matches along side the processes and policies. Your feedback is often asked for and considered during the growth and changes.
Cons
You do work alone most days and it can sometimes become quite busy and you can't always get everything you had planned done when you had hoped for. On other days, (especially when you maintain your property well regularly) it is slower and you may feel you have to find something to pass the time but there is always something that can be done! Time management, self motivation and prioritizing are a must have!
