Pros
The pros USED to be it was not your typical corporately dictated store that micromanaged when they don’t know what they’re talking about and have lots of power to the store management team. Now they are taking all the power and decision making away from the store manager and the new senior staff is pathetic! They all came from Big Lots and they are here to run bargain hunt into the ground as well!
Cons
Did I mention the upper management is pathetic? People who have worked at bargain hunt for 1 month are coming in talking like they’ve been there for years like I was! They don’t give a crap about the stores input and they’ve laid off over 100 people since September, most of which were GREAT people who cared about the company’s success!
