      Great environment, knowledgeable and approachable management team, growing company!

      Cons

      Mandatory overtime, only two weeks of vacation, due to the nature of the business work can be repetitive. Pay could also be better considering most of the staff hold MBAs.

      Pros

      Everyone is super friendly and knowledgeable, only one person left during my 3 years with the Company so there isn't much turn-around. Clients are always very friendly to work with, occasionally it may get challenging when working on something conceptual , but for the most part pretty straight forward.

      Cons

      Growth opportunity, while the Company has expanded and there seems to be little to no opportunity to move up.

      Pros

      Been here for ~4 years, moved up from a part time business plan writer to consultant. Very friendly staff, flexible hours, and decent pay.

      Cons

      Only 2 weeks of vacation or else you have to use your sick time which you'll run out of from getting sick from the AC!
