      Awesome clientele, super busy and really flexible work environment. Competitive pay and supportive management.

      Cons

      Commission based which is normally a plus but during the rare slow times it can be stressful

      Pros

      Small business. Really pretty place. Marina people have money to spend. Flexible. Decent amount of clients and awesome products lines. Really good employee discounts. Learning a lot of treatments.

      Cons

      Committing from South Bay is hard. Have to take charge and push for training but if you have that personality you can learn a ton.
