      Pros

      We had a close knit, fun company. Access to higher manager open door policy. Fair benefits and PTO options. Stock options offered.

      Cons

      Culture changing. Many employees coming over from competitor company, so lots of cliques, bad work ethics bringing with them. All they care about now is numbers. No more access to managers/directors. Hardly any PTO use opportunities and PTO doesn't roll over once 80 hours hits. Use it or lose it.

      Managment wants more than anything for you to succeed, and they will do what they can to assist with In-House Promotion if you show initiative.

      Pros

      Good work/life balance. Nice coworkers.

      Cons

      Annual bonuses are frequently reduced due to company performance regardless of individual performance. Annual raises are usually 2% and promotions don't give big salary jumps. Pace of work is slowing down as the company grows, and the growth is not going smoothly. Baxter corporate seems to be holding back the Bardy office.
