      Pros

      Good and , innovative product.

      Cons

      Short sided leadership. Lots of talk about family and culture; but when things got tough with covid they were happy to let go of many people. Plenty of cash from investors couldn’t save people’s jobs. Not exactly the culture or family I would want to be apart of. Micro management of the sales team.

      Managment wants more than anything for you to succeed, and they will do what they can to assist with In-House Promotion if you show initiative.

      Pros

      Good work/life balance. Nice coworkers.

      Cons

      Annual bonuses are frequently reduced due to company performance regardless of individual performance. Annual raises are usually 2% and promotions don't give big salary jumps. Pace of work is slowing down as the company grows, and the growth is not going smoothly. Baxter corporate seems to be holding back the Bardy office.
