Pros

The management team was excellent. James De Luca, Gabriela Seran and Kurits Sylvester were amazing managers. They made the hectic and sometimes stressful guest service host job more manageable and fun!

Cons

Although there were few, the downsides to working at Bardessono was the divisions among departments and the attitude that was given.

Pros

They feed you. Good working environment.

Cons

Raises are hard to come by and even though you have a review annually, you might not get much of anything. It is a hospitality industry standard to pay your employees as little as possible and expect the most out of them. Small company so there will be politics. Expected to work long hours although not directly demanded. If you leave after 8 hours though you can feel the daggers in your back from the people that don't get a break and have to stay.
