Pros
Some nice people. There are days that you can and do make nice money.
Cons
They mislead about hours expected, money expected per shift, etc. The people making an OK income are also working 12 hour days, 6 days a week.
You have no say in where you work, who you work with - everything is assigned last minute. You get charged for your clothes, for booth space at events, meanwhile you don't get paid for multiple meetings each week, transporting carloads of stuff to events, etc.
Finally there is no investment on the company in your future... no wages, profit sharing, 401k, medical or any other benefits. They run it like all staff are cogs in a machine, and thats why 90% of people leave within a few months (or days).
