Pros

I really wish I could write something here.....but sadly, I have nothing good to say about the company

Cons

They pretend like they care for a few weeks and then once they have you fooled, their true colors come out! They managers have no idea what they are doing with hardly any experience in the field, they blindside you with calls and meetings to tell you how bad you are and don't give you a chance to talk, when you call management out on the horrible job they are doing, they have every excuse in the book to throw at you. They keep saying they are a start up company but they have been around way longer than that and need to stop hiring so many C-suite people and pay attention to the people who actually make the company run, because none of these experienced C-suite people have a clue what they are doing. They have gotten more money from investors than any company I have worked for. I only stayed here for a year because I needed a job and had to wait to get another one and the second I got the job offer, I quit! no two weeks or anything, you don't respect your employees, they will not respect you. I have many (now former) employees on LinkedIn that just keep posting about the new jobs they have and how happy they are finally, how sad is that?! DO NOT WORK HERE!

Pros

Remote work, Flexible with time off requests, good starting place to learn the industry

Cons

Leadership turnover caused confusion and lack of direction, Promised improvements to workload and processes were not delivered, Expectations were unrealistic given staffing levels, Lack of adequate support despite repeated requests for help, Feedback culture became punitive rather than constructive, Disconnect between upper management and those doing the actual work, Decisions made based on client appeasement rather than employee capacity, Company values no longer aligned with actual operations, Post-FMLA return was not handled in good faith
