Pros
I worked in the customer service (they call it customer care here) department for over 5 years. Overall, it was a good learning experience and one that I do not regret in the slightest. I had an incredible manager who fully supported my career development and my desire to pursue higher education. My coworkers were very supportive and helpful during my time with the company. They’re pretty good about approving time-off requests as long as you give them enough heads-up and they offered fantastic benefits that kept me covered for cheap.
Cons
I wanted to stay with the company, but after I completed my degree there weren’t any positions available. So the biggest con is just not being able to work here anymore. I’m hoping a position opens up soon, but considering how few employees leave, I’m not holding my breath.
