      Pros

      Working in healthcare fashion is more interesting than it sounds. We worked on some cool projects in the past, including making the Grey’s Anatomy uniforms. Everyone in the office has a good attitude and a better work ethic. I have a lot of respect for management. They do a lot to keep everyone happy.

      Cons

      The CEO was disconnected from the day-to-day operations. It created a lot of frustration and confusion that didn’t need to be there.

      Great history of innovation in the uniform industry

      Cons

      Too many cooks in the kitchen and all the food gets cold. It seems that they don't trust the people they have hired to do what they came to do which as you can imagine becomes very frustrating. There is also a lack of comradery and vision for their current transition.
