Barcel USA not only avoids diversity & inclusion, but actively works to eliminate it in its tracks. All but one senior/executive leaders are white/hispanic males. People of color (the small number that there are) are not promoted, supported, and are dismissed from the company from an alarmingly high rate. If you do not look like the norm, have the same opinion as the norm, you will be silenced or erased. If you are not a man, or hispanic, you will not feel welcome or embraced here. It's truly disgraceful. The core company belief is "we value the person," but it is only show. This company has continued to show that they indeed do NOT value the person, not really. If you're looking for a place where you can feel comfortable being yourself, this is not it.
