Pros

The team that has been bonded together by mistreatment from the company leaders.

Cons

Quite literally everything apart from the team who are all trying to work so hard just so they don't get made redundant in a failing business or get fired because the reputation of the business is so bad that no matter how many venues they're forced into day in and day out, it's basically impossible to make revenue (essentially because we're not in a day and age where door knocking is still a viable business model and why would you want to operate a business that mirrors the operations of a jehovah's witness) If you're putting money into this business then be aware you're basically funding a pyramid scheme. Barcats welcomes you into the team by "selling the dream" so if your dream is, no work life balance, no boundaries and drowning under constant micromanagement, then you'll love it. A sales team earning no commission but expected to work all hours of the day and a marketing team not being allowed to explore their creativity but expected to constantly grow a Facebook business page, sounds like a fabulous way to motivate a team right?

Pros

The office is close to public transport. Staff are nice people.

Cons

Severe micromanagement structure led from the top. Managament/founders would sp3ak negatively about employees showing a complete lack of appreciation or respect. Employees were pushed to work after hours and weekends at times, this was optional but you were judged if you weren't putting in as much time as the founders who seem to live and breathe their work. This is not an enjoyable place to work.

Pros

People seem nice (but are fake)

Cons

Typical sales people, sell lies to companies to get them to post jobs. Tell their teams to “be creative with the numbers”
