Teamwork when needed to take care of patients. Plenty of overtime if needed (listed as a pro because most rns's look for overtime).
Cons
Management shows no loyality to the employee. There is no praise for a job well done but plenty of criticism when a mistake is made. PRN's get extra shifts over regular or parttime personnel.
