- Benefits are fine - 401k - Majority of the people are good people

- Micromanaged to the extreme - So much focus on little things that do not matter, at the expense of bigger things - Treat employees like numbers, pretending to care but don’t at all - Everyone is so afraid to make little mistakes that there’s no room for new ideas or failure - high turnover - no sense of company direction - no autonomy or trust I wouldn’t advise anyone to come here.
