      Pros

      If you ARE ONLY looking for family benefits ( medical or 401k ) this MIGHT be the place for you.

      Cons

      They're GREAT at preaching the "Team Work" attitude thing BUT reality is that i'ts all about "Clicks" Don't expect to befriend or be-friended within a year or better of employment at Banyan. Even worse! If your not considered into their established inner circle "Clicks", you MIGHT become an out cast and even bullied by those on your shift.

      Pros

      Accounting is similar anywhere, but aviation adds some excitement to the mix. We have a great team, interactive, with a lot of flexibility to make your own contribution. And our owner sets an exceptional tone and is very loyal to those who show up to serve. Recent retirements in leadership have created many opportunities to advance, and our owner is generous with the profits when we have strong results.

      Cons

      It is a 24/7 operation, and there are many driven professionals here. You have to bring your A game and be a bit flexible. For the right people, this is not truly a con.

      Pros

      Great company with good values. Very flexible with plenty of overtime available. Good benefits and time off available.

      Cons

      Pay is not quite high enough for the cost of living. You can make the same amount in lower cost of living areas. Good option if you are already settled in the area.
