They have had turnover in their finance organization.

People are very nice. It is a very open place, specially if you don't know about crypto. International environment. If you are keen, you have opportunity to work with different stuff, due to lack of resources. There are some social events.

It is not a stable industry and company. The company does not have a clear vision and alignment between leadership, even though there are only 4-5 directors. There are 2 CEO's for a company of 100 employees. They fired people frequently, it is terrible how they handle it. There is a culture of working extra hours.
