People - Some were great, but you can tell who's been overworked Career Growth - Never room for it Lack of work at times - Always a scare to be layed off WFH Program is ok at times, usually if you never needed to do admin work, it is ok to work from home. If you are part of the designer group it's pretty much required to be there, since no one worked from home ever when it was busy. Essentially treated like a number, they can let you go whenever they feel, never given a pat on the back for a job well done.
