      Pros

      Company car scheme, private medical insurance, interest free season ticket (train).

      Cons

      Very little room for progression, no individual appraisal bonus scheme, very difficult and no chance for extra training regarding other departments, inbound call centre is extremely busy with no incentives for all of the hard work you put in.

      Pros

      If you have mediocre career aspirations and like to let others do the thinking for you, this is the place for you.

      Cons

      Too many mediocre staff (all the way up the tree). A contracting Group, so the good staff leave and the mediocre stay put.

      International company environment, positive working atmosphere

      Cons

      Not so much possibilities for promotion without knowledge of French language. Not so much possibilities for transfer in other countries if you are not working in France
