      Odd environment that lacks growth, where nepotism runs rampant, and the threat of being punished to clean the bathrooms always looming. I wish I were joking...

      Pros

      Company is open to input from all members of staff no matter what level. The leadership has a desire to continually improve the company and quickly respond to challenges. As long as you bring ideas and input to management, they make you feel heard.

      Cons

      Since the company maintains a startup mentality, it can sometimes be high pressure when needing to get things done right and done quickly. More remote workers means less face-time with coworkers. Sometimes resources can be stretched thin.
