      Pros

      The owners care about their employees and the pay is good.

      Cons

      Parking lot is busy so sometimes have to park a little ways away, so it can be a hot short walk to the building in summer. Its a business complex so not much can be done otherwise they probably would have fixed that by now. They really try hard for their employees.
