Pros
People really care about one another, the 'customer' and live the values. Leaders create an inclusive and flexible workplace by leading by example. Having gone through an Induction recently, was great to see the CEO pop in and say hello. So unique to be at organisation where you have a say and have access to leaders. So glad I left a Big Bank for Bankwest.
Cons
I hear that if you aren't in WA you don't have access to same resources. However, there is greater autonomy than Big Banks who also are more head office centric.
