Bankside offers fair wages for hard work. It is a high-pressure environment suitable for younger physically fit welders who don't mind a lot of lifting and bending as part of an assembly line. Management is safety conscious and maintains a defibrillator in the factory.
Cons
It is not a job for anyone lacking in confidence or easily offended. The hourly rate is good, but contractors are not guaranteed a full week's work and the hours available vary from week to week.
