Pros
I actually like working on Call. You are literally paid for the on call life style. Most of the people I work with are enjoyable to work with. You do get the old heads who just dont care and are set in there ways but you get that anywhere. Overall Great pay, Work load isnt very high and set days off.
Cons
Management is trying to get you for the smallest rule infraction. ( I mean our rulebook is written in Blood ) Furloughs are a pain been furloughed 2 times and it can be rough to work through.
