      Work from home option but leadership is wide and out do touch with employees

      Cons

      New leadership Matt fellows and Sousa are horrible leaders. Money over everything. That’s why the turnover and layoffs are so frequent. They talk a big talk but really don’t know what they are doing

      Pros

      Love my team and workplace in general, very open and supportive. Roles here are extremely dynamic and exciting with a lot of room for growth and change, which I really like. Lots of responsibility, opportunities, and growth available for people like me just beginning their careers here.

      Cons

      Somewhat lengthy commute time if you live in Charlotte and drive to the office, but not too bad
