      People at the company are really talented and have a strong passion for helping their customers.

      It's a startup. So, take that for what it's worth. The company is pretty stable but there are normal growing pains that come with small companies.

      Pros

      No red tape. Management team hires great people/professionals and trust them to accomplish good work. Working at a purpose-driven company is a breath of fresh air, as most tech company overwork and under appreciate their human workforce. Being a part of a building a product that helps local financial institutions fight back against the big banks is extremely rewarding.

      Startup work can be intense.
