Predictable schedule; 8-5 and knowing what job duties I had to perform week to week basis

Month end closing which was beyond stressful; low pay for the mundane and constant work overload given to you as an employee everyday ; making up time if missed or come in late; no bonuses at the end of year, just given a box of cookies and a blanket; toxic work environment; no growth; forced meetings as well as forced attendance to annual presentations; managers not being productive
