My honest opinion - Sales BankCard USA Employee Review

Sales support in all areas is all in house in our office. Tech support, customer service, risk, operations, sales, Sr. Management. The management wants you to exceed and excel and give you all the tools to do so. They invest in their employees success. Great benefits and extremely flexible if you need attend to something personal during the workday. The offices are brand new and modern. They have put in alot of time and effort into layout for direct communication between all departments. The compensation is excellent. You can make as much money as you are willing to put in the work for. The sky is the limit. They provide bagels and doughnuts every Friday and a spectacular brought in feast twice a month after the sales meetings. The entire office is treated to the meals.

There is only one apple fritter up for grabs and my co worker beats me to it. ha!

The management did not seem to have much idea of what they were doing and could not consider things that their employees had to say.
