Commercial lending team very helpful on the retail side. Trust and Wealth good and responding to request to contact customers. Mid-Level management good at communication.
Cons
Upper management lacks good insight to retail banking. Focused on high dollar real estate profits. Retail bank products are lacking leaving customers frustrated on offerings.
