Dynamic, challenging work environment. Exciting projects centered around reinventing how banks engage with their customers. Significant growth opportunities for employees who are willing to take on challenges.
Cons
With the rapidly evolving competitive landscape in banking industry, and high expectations for employee performance, the work environment can get a little tense from time to time. Personally, I love it, but also recognize that this is not the work environment that everyone is looking for.
