Pros
This bank is one of the banks in Iran which hires annually around 100 new employees and also gives the most interest to customers` accounts. The main activity of this bank is giving loan for purchase of property.
Cons
Dispite the hiring rate, the working condition is really poor. Most of the times employees have to commute hours to get to their working branch. Also the working time is not fixed and it differs for different branches.
