- Good place for you who want to enter 'the business', everyone knows this bank produce those leaders even in the ministry. - One of biggest bank in Indonesia, it is quite challenging. But, it has the name. - Maximum salaries + annual bonus min. 18 to 20+ times of your salaries.
Cons
- If you want a good career, put yourself under one specific influential leader (networking), watch how things go. It is good to be intelligence, but your communication serve you more (But, it depends). - It could be good, if the leader who supervised you is good and match your character. But you know people are varies. - Be patient and serve well. - Work life balance depends on the upper structure. Some of work require you to be ready for 7/24. I mean bank.
