Horrible Environment - Anonymous employee Bank Iowa Employee Review

Poor pay. Spends ridiculous amounts on marketing - even internal. yet when business volume is high, wouldn’t approve overtime but expected extra work to get done and claims too high of cost. Mostly because managers wouldn’t get as big of bonuses. Certain areas and people have attitudes that are borderline discrimination against age and gender. Very “in group” oriented. Has oversized HR department for a company this size and yet they don’t do anything to help you. People cover their own selves by blaming others. All in all it’s one of the worse places I’ve ever worked.
