Pros
The company's brand is good. It is well-known for its products and services, with ubiquitous ATM's presence. The salary is okay compared to other banks. The company provides ranges of training in which some can be interesting and beneficial.
Cons
Not many challenges, unless you work in the Headquarters. Office culture depends on where you are assigned, but some senior employees might not be as welcome as expected towards new young employees. Promotions are slightly subjective.
