Great team dynamic - Relationship Banker Bank 34 Employee Review

Familial culture and sense of community, solid teamwork and ease of doing business. Everyone possesses a 'how can we get it done' attitude unlike other mortgage shops where I have worked. I thought bank was a four letter word but that is not the case at Bank 34.

As a bank, sometimes it can take a littler longer to get projects approved.

I love to culture, team environment, and open door policy. Everybody works together to get it done for our clients. If there is ever a problem, everyone is open and willings to pull together to find a solution. Benefits are just the icing on the cake! If you are looking to be a success in the mortgage industry, this is the place where you that can and does happen. I love bank 34!

I can't think of any cons. Nothing really comes to mind that would be a negative to me. I choose to look forward to a very bright future here at bank 34.
