The company conducts interviews through WhatsApp calls and makes insulting remarks during the process. They expect candidates to already have self-taught skills and experience, yet they offer only 10,000 BDT as a salary.
Employees are required to use their own laptops for work. If the laptop gets damaged, the company does not provide any financial support for repairs.
They force employees to sign a contract requiring them to stay for at least two years. If someone tries to leave earlier, they use threats and intimidation, including fear of legal action.
The same person acts as the owner, COO, CEO, founder, HR, and holds several other titles within the software company. This individual is extremely toxic and unprofessional.
Hiring decisions are made mainly based on academic CGPA. At the same time, they insult candidates for not having development experience—even when hiring for intern positions. It is unreasonable to expect experienced or pre-trained professionals while offering only 10,000 BDT for an internship role.
