- Amazing coworkers who are dedicated to making the industry a better place - Great benefits - Very cool HQ and record store in Oakland which we congregate at annually as a company for a gathering - Generous time off policy - Small company so it's easy to get to know a lot of people and not get lost - Remote work
Cons
- Toxic social dynamics and clear undervaluing of lower level employees. There is a lack of respect and consideration. - No clear pathways to promotions or growth - Some are overworked and underpaid/pay gaps - Certain people's contributions are blatantly overlooked - People are punished for speaking up or offering suggestions for improvement in the projects they work on - High turnover
