Terrible culture - Salaried Emoloyee Band-It Employee Review

Management uses abusive and passive aggressive communication styles. Culture is not inclusive, negative feedback driven and they look to place blame on individuals rather than remove obstacles and solve problems. Very slow to change. HR is unprofessional and ineffective. Employee turnover is incredibly high.
