      very rewarding job! I love the kids I work with and I learn a lot from them and the staff (BAs and teachers) everyday. Great school tuition opportunities

      Bancroft is filled with people who have big hearts and love their job

      Cons

      People join young and stay for a long time without any professional development so many leaders do not have leadership skills even if they believe their heart is in the right place beause Bancroft does not provide this growth and instead continues to promote the best person available even if they aren't right for the job.
